A necklace can look differently on a picture than it does in reality. The colour can deviate somewhat, or the length is different than you expected. Therefore, we guarantee that if you are not satisfied, we will refund you.
If you don't like the jewellery, you can return it within 14 days without giving a reason. Please return it in the original packing and add a note with return, your name and address, and we will refund you in full at once. Moreover, we guarantee that the jewellery matches the description provided on the website. The precious stones are always genuine and are no artificial imitations or synthetic variations, unless otherwise stated. Naturally, you have 2 years guarantee on clasps and on the thread.
The silver and gold come from Asia. This means that no silver stamp can be found in the clasps, but it is high-quality silver. The old Buddha-cabinets also do not carry a stamp and it would be a shame to have them stamped in Europe. However, if it is stated that it is silver, we guarantee that it is.
Not all Buddha-cabinets are made of silver, but in those cases, it is mentioned that the material is bronze or an alloy.
The gold on this website is 22 karats, unless otherwise stated. However, once again, the jewellery is not provided with gold stamps in Asia.
We support our Little-Buddha Collection completely. We want to make sure that you get the exact piece of jewellery that you are looking for. If there is a problem with a broken clasp, a damaged bead, or a broken chain, we are happy to repair it for you free of charge. All our jewellery is handmade, therefore, it is always possible that something is wrong. We are happy to solve any problems for you.
