Mala made from gold sweet water pearls with a gilded silver closing bead. It is a very pretty necklace of 108 sweet water pearls. Length approximately 86 cm. With a beautifully wrought gilded silver ball that ends in a silk tassel.
The silver closing bead is made in Nepal and is provided with Buddhist ornaments.
The balls are decorated differently. They have no silver stamps.
It actually is a Buddhist prayer strand, therefore it has 108 pearls. Malas were already made form pearls in Tibet and India centuries ago. An ode to Buddha.
Of beautiful quality. Completely handmade and you can't find them anywhere else.
