A very special mala of the Rudraksha Tree. When Shiva cried out of compassion for the suffering of the people, one tear fell on Earth, and it became the Rudraksha Tree.

Rudraksha is Sanskrit and is a composition of Rudra stands for Lord Shiva and Aksha stands for eyes. These nuts/seeds are composed of segments. Minimum of 3 and a maximum of 21. This is also called Mukhi, face, but it also caled eyes (segments)
