When Shiva wept out of compassion for the suffering of mankind, tears fell on to the earth and mother earth turned these tears into seeds of which the Rudraksha tree grew. In short, a mala that symbolizes compassion and sympathy.
A wrist mala that is strung on silk and is worn as a bracelet while you hold the tassel in your hand.
If that seems too difficult to you, I can string the mala on elastic so you can wear it around your wrist. The color is slightly more red-brown than on the picture. Really a unique hand bracelet mala.
