Q: I have a Buddha amulet (see photo) can you tell what is is worth?
A: From a picture it is impossible to see if the amulet is genuine and antique. For a valuation please visit us in Antwerp for inspection with our professional equipment.

Q: What are the shipping costs within Europe?
A: Within Europe there are no shipping costs. For shipments outside Europe, you have to inquire after the additional costs. It is also possible that vat and customs duty are added to your order by customs.

Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: Yes, of course. A necklace can look differently on a picture than it does in reality. You get your order on approval for 14 days. If you do not want to keep it, please send an email and return the package in original packing and we will refund you within a few days.

Q: What if my necklace breaks?
A: You have 2 years guarantee on the thread and on the clasp. Send your piece of jewellery back with a small note and your address, and we will fix it for you for free, within a few workdays.

Q: My bracelet doesn't fit well, what do I do?
A: If you want, we can size your necklace or bracelet for you, free of charge. Send us an email and the package with a small note, stating how much shorter or longer you would like it to be, and we will size it for free. In exceptional cases it is not possible to adjust the size, in those cases we will fully refund you.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Upon receiving payment, your package is shipped within a few workdays with Priority Post from The Netherlands. That means it depends on where you live. If you would like to know exactly, please email us. We will send you a tracking number with all package post so you will be able to follow your shipment.

Q: My package didn't arrive
A: That could happen, 1 out of 100 shipments is lost during shipment. Everything is shipped insured. So you will never loose your money, don't worry!

Q: My necklace was broken when it was delivered!
A: All shipments are carefully packed by us, but it is always possible that something happens during shipment. If it arrives broken, please send it back with an extra email and everything will be repaired or replaced for free. We will pay for the shipment costs.
